It seems that we are experiencing a rather lovely season this year (not that last year was bad..)
We experienced the first sightings in June, still further out and away from the coastline. Now, by October they have moved right into the bay and can be spotted in groups of about 3 to 4 whales at a time. I have noticed the following hot spots: - in front of Kalk Bay reef - along the entire harbour stretch - inbetween Kalk Bay & Fish Hoek Well ,basically they are everywhere.. :) P.S.: For the first time we spotted a white whale this year. |
